Overview
Dentologic provides practice management software to dental clinics. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, role, clinic affiliation.
- Patient data uploaded by clinic users — strictly tenant-scoped and only accessible to authorized users within that tenant.
- Usage telemetry: page views and basic device metadata.
How we use data
We use account and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is hosted on AWS infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are encrypted and retained per our standard policy.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time. Patient records are owned by the clinic tenant; subject access requests should be routed through that tenant.
