Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Move between Basic, Solo, and Pro whenever your practice changes; we’ll prorate the change on your next invoice.
What’s the difference between Basic and Solo?+
Basic ($29/mo) is for solo dentists who don’t track materials and supplies digitally — you get the full clinical record, treatment plans, appointments, invoicing, and the patient portal. Solo ($49/mo) adds the full inventory module: product catalog, barcode scan, stock deduction on procedure complete, suppliers, and purchase orders.
How does multi-clinic billing work?+
On the Pro plan you add clinic locations as you grow; pricing is agreed up front based on the number of locations and the level of support you need. There are no per-user charges at any tier.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Every tier includes unlimited users. Add as many dentists, assistants, and front-desk users as you need.
Do you offer onboarding?+
Basic and Solo customers get a guided self-serve setup with email support. Pro customers get dedicated onboarding and training with our team.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit cards via Stripe. Annual prepayment is available with a discount; talk to us if you need bank transfer.
Is my patient data really mine?+
Yes. You can export a full copy of your data at any time. If you ever leave Dentologic, we’ll help you migrate out cleanly.
How does multi-currency billing work?+
You set a default currency per tenant (typically USD). Each invoice and cashbook entry can be issued in either USD or LBP, with the exchange rate snapshotted at write time so reports stay consistent.
Is the patient portal optional?+
Yes. The portal is a tenant-level toggle. When off, the entire portal is disabled and patients can’t access it.
Where is data hosted?+
AWS, primarily in the eu-central-1 region. Backups are encrypted and retained per our standard policy.
